Strengthening Safeguarding and Psychosocial Resilience of Young Girls

On December 26, 2025, Women in Struggle for Empowerment (WISE) organized a one-day training workshop to strengthen young girls’ understanding and practical application of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) prevention, safeguarding frameworks, stress management, and mental health well-being. The workshop brought together 31 young girls and students.

The training was facilitated by Ms. Kainat Rana and Ms. Tanveer Jahan, Executive Director, DCHD, who served as resource persons. Through expert-led sessions, interactive discussions, and practical learning approaches, participants gained critical insights into preventing SEA, strengthening safeguarding practices, managing stress effectively, and promoting psychosocial well-being.

The workshop enhanced participants’ capacities to foster safe, respectful, and inclusive environments within their workplaces, organizations, and communities, contributing to the creation of safer, healthier, and more inclusive spaces for all.
