WISE organized the Convention of the Women Domestic Workers Union Punjab, celebrating the collective strength and leadership of domestic workers. The convention included the introduction of new board members, distribution of membership cards, and a briefing on the Union’s Constitution.

Participants discussed key legal frameworks, including the Punjab Domestic Workers Act 2019, the Minimum Wages Notification, and various social protection measures, with a focus on strengthening the effective implementation of labour rights.

A video documentary showcased the Union’s inspiring journey, while members also connected through Facebook and WhatsApp groups to improve coordination and solidarity.
