WISE, in partnership with Punjab University, contributes to the Local Self-Government Post-Graduate Diploma program. On August 5, 2025, the Political Science Department of PU hosted a certificate award ceremony to mark the successful completion of the 3rd batch of the Post-Graduate Diploma (2024–2025).

Students, faculty members, and civil society representatives involved in the program attended the event. Renowned academic and LUMS University Director, Dr. Waseem, was the guest of honor. Students shared their learnings, personal growth, and future plans after achieving this milestone. This initiative continues to empower youth with practical governance knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong sense of civic responsibility.
