The launching ceremony of FEM Consortia Punjab was jointly organized by WISE, PRWASO, and ROSHNI on 05 September 2023 in Lahore. Among prominent speakers were; Ombudsperson Punjab, Ms. Nabila Hakim, Assistant Director Women Development Department Ms. Sahar Shafique, Expert on Constitution and Democracy Zafarullah Khan, Executive Director WISE, Bushra Khaliq and Dr. Nasira Malik represented OXFAM Pakistan. 

FEM Consortia – an alliance comprising the 12 Women Rights Organisations (WROs) is the outcome of Women’s Voice and Leadership (WVL) Pakistan – a Project of Oxfam, served as the basis of unity among (WROs) to transform themselves into more gender-just bodies.
The Consortia is committed to striving for gender equality and women empowerment across the four provinces of Pakistan, through collective efforts focusing on women and girls to bring about social change by empowering them as leaders. FEM Consortia have four key audiences; including girl children, working women, and women in politics, using an intersectional approach.
