Glimpses of a 3-day capacity building training workshop, organised for focal persons of Aurat Akath (Women Reflect Centers) on Leadership and Community Development. The topics of the workshop included; Leadership Skills, Community Mobilisation, Human Rights, Democracy and Local Government System, pro-women laws and available legal support mechanisms. The focal persons will replicate their learnings in their inclusive and diverse groups. Overall 300 women and young girls would be connected through this intervention to strengthen the women’s rights agenda at the grass roots level.
