On Agust 21, 2026, WISE successfully conducted its Aurat Akath Quarterly Review & Reflection Meeting, bringing together 38 community leaders from Lahore, Sheikhupura, and Nankana Sahib.

The meeting provided an opportunity for community leaders to reflect on their experiences, review progress, share key learnings, and discuss ways to strengthen future community engagement and outreach.

Participants actively contributed to group discussions and planning for upcoming community sessions, focusing on effective community mobilization, clear roles and responsibilities, better documentation, and meaningful participation.

The meeting also provided a space for community leaders to share feedback, identify challenges, and collectively explore ways to improve the effectiveness and impact of community-level initiatives.

The meeting concluded with reflections by Bushra Khaliq, Executive Director WISE, emphasizing the importance of collective learning, collaboration, and continued efforts for advancing women’s rights and empowerment.
