In a series of events aligned with our voter education campaign, WISE organized four impactful gatherings addressing the theme of “Women’s Political & Electoral Participation” in anticipation of the upcoming General Election 2024. The first seminar took place at Baba Guru Nanak College for Women, Nankana Sahib, featuring speakers such as Assistant Professor Sajida Perveen, Muhammad Tauseef Qadir from District Election Commissioner, Nankana Sahib, and others.

Subsequently, a community event unfolded at Chaudhary Park, Shahdara Lahore, drawing the participation of numerous community women and girls eager to engage in political and electoral processes. Building on this momentum, WISE conducted a community seminar in Township, Lahore, attracting a significant number of women and girls. The campaign extended its reach to Mustafa Abad Shahdara, Sheikhupura, where a substantial gathering of local women and girls attended an awareness session, expressing their strong determination to actively participate in the forthcoming General Elections 2024.
