On June 02, 2025, in recognition of WISE’s longstanding commitment to promoting dignified, safer, and harassment-free workplaces, Ms. Nabila Hakim Ali Khan, Ombudsperson Punjab, presented a shield of appreciation to Bushra Khaliq, Executive Director of WISE. The award acknowledges her outstanding contributions to the implementation and advocacy of workplace anti-harassment laws across Punjab.

Over the past 15 years, WISE has supported more than 630 institutions, including banks, hospitals, universities, and factories, by conducting capacity-building trainings on compliance with workplace harassment laws. Through these efforts, approximately 12,000 individuals, including students, professionals, government officials, women cricketers, and inquiry committee members, have been equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to foster safer and more respectful work environments.
